A :First,please Setup an account in our website then you enable to start personalizing your shopping experience. you can choose your desired item into your shopping cart and thne go to checkout.With an account you can conveniently maintain your account information, check the status of your recent orders and much more.

Q : If i forget the registered password,what should i do?

A : when you choose to log in our website,you will find there has a hint " Forgot the password ",you can click it,then you can regain your password.

Q : Which payment method do you accept ?

A : Except Visa card, we accept TT . However we will open more if necessary.

Q : what shipping way will be used for " Free shipping " ?

A : Maybe as you have seen,all items in digitopz are free shipping and we will ship them by registered airmail,which usually takes 7-15 business days to arrive and comes with tracking number too.If you want a quicker shipping,we have express parcel optional as well,the shipping fee very favorable accordingly.

Q : will some promotional activities be held in digitopz from time to time ?

A : Yeah, we will.  We will have  some promotional activities in some important festival. That time, we will show you the discounts in the first page of our store. So please pay attention to us and we will update any promotional news here from time to time.

Q : Which address do you send the order to, address in IPS or the address I put in your shop system ?

A : We send orders to the address (your shipping address)  in our shop system,please leave a correct address,assure your shipping address is the same as your billing address.

Q : Do you accept wholesale order ?

Q : Do you offer drop-shipping service ?

Q : Why i cant get any tracking information after i got my tracking number ?

A : If you met this problem,please dont worry,just because the tracking system didnt update so quickly,please check it 48hours later and usually,our customer service will track it for you as well.

Q : I want to buy a 3DS card for my 3DS,which 3DS Flashcart should i get ?
