PS3 jailbreak2. official name PS3 True Blue is another PS3 USB dongle which used for jailbreaking your V3.55 PS3 and playing V3.55 to V4.11 games which require V3.55 higher system. How to install the PS3 true blue dongle

  1. Download the PS3 True Blue v2.2 Dongle 3.55 CFW
  2. Get a USB hard drive(should be more than 180M), create a folder named "PS3", then create another folder named "UPDATE" inside the "PS3" folder
  3. Extract the "PS3 True Blue v2.2 Dongle 3.55 CFW" zip file, you will get the fold, in the fold you will see "PS3UPDAT.PUP"  put this file in the "UPDATE" folder.
  4. Insert the USB drive to your PS3 USB connector, power on the PS3.
  5. From the home menu, select (Settings) -> (System Update) -> (Update via Storage Media)
  6. Choose update via the “3.55-Dongle” file. and start updating.
  7. Your PS3 will restart when you finish the updating. Then you will be in 3.55‐PS3 true blue Dongle custom firmware

How to use the PS3 true blue dongle

It is very easy to use the PS3 true blue, when your PS3 has been installed the PS3 True Blue v2.2 Dongle 3.55 CFW, you just connect the dongle to one of your PS3 usb ports and then power on your PS3.

How to update the PS3 true blue dongle V2.62

1. Make sure your PS3 is running the True Blue "3.55-Dongle" CFW (custom firmware)
2. Copy TrueBlueUpdate-2.5.pkg from this archive to a USB flash drive
3. Boot your PS3 _WITHOUT_ True Blue inserted, and then insert the USB flash drive
4. Navigate to (Game) -> (Install Package Files), and then select TrueBlueUpdate-2.6.pkg
5. The True Blue updater will be installed onto your PS3 HDD
6. Navigate to (Game) and load "True Blue Update v2.62"
7. The updater will start, and will then prompt you to insert the True Blue dongle. Insert it only at this point, and continue. Your dongle will then be updated.
8. After the update procedure has completed your PS3 will reset, and you will then be able to enjoy your updated dongle
9. You may delete the True Blue Updater from your HDD after the update is complete.
